Brian Simmons:

Brian and Candice have been described as true pioneers in ministry. As a spiritual father and mother, their teaching and spiritual gifts have opened doors in many nations to take the message of authentic awakening and revival to many. For the last 40 years they have labored together to present Christ in His fullness wherever God sends them. Dr. Simmons is currently working as the lead translator of The Passion Translation on course to release a leather-bound version of the New Testament/Psalms/Proverbs/Song of Songs in 2017.

After a dramatic conversion to Christ in 1971 Brian and Candice answered the call of God to leave everything behind and become missionaries to the tribes. Taking their three children to the jungle of Central America, they pioneered church plants for many years with the Kuna people group. While serving as missionaries, Dr. Simmons planted churches and established leadership for the churches that Jesus birthed. As a linguist, Brian also was the co-translator for the Kuna New Testament.

John Perks:

John Perks serves as President of Breakthrough Ministries International and Be A Hero International. Known as a man of unwavering faith, John travels internationally to release the apostolic and prophetic that imparts a radical faith in the ‘God of the Breakthrough’. John knows no limitations. Neither his circumstances nor his young age keeps him from ministering all over the globe; John has been in ministry since he was 15 years old. His passion to see people free, walking in their destiny is only matched by his desire to see children freed from the sex trade and nurtured back to wholeness. He desires to inspire those of his generation to take up their mantle and make a change in the world, bringing reformation by using the influences that have been given to each Christian. This inspired John to start an online and in-person teaching center called the Reformation Academy, which has had incredible growth in only one year. He also mentors classes throughout North America, from Equipping Entrepreneurs to Kingdom Ministry, John is impacting those who are hungry to learn and know God on a deeper level. An innovative thinker, a man of action, and a firm believer of going to the next level; John keeps moving forward to see more children-at-risk rescued and God’s people stepping into their authority as the kingdom of Heaven is established. In 2016, John and his wife Marivick started a church, called Breakthrough Church in Kelowna, BC Canada, where they have lived since 2013.
